Gift Card Conditions
Purchase and Delivery: Gift cards can be purchased online or in our shop and are available in both digital and physical formats.
Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout, while physical gift cards are shipped to the recipient’s mailing address.
Denominations: Gift cards are available in various denominations. Please select the amount you wish to gift during the purchase process.
Usage: Gift cards can be used as a form of payment for any products available on our website or shop. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: CR Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat your gift card as cash and report any issues immediately to our customer service team.
Returns and Refunds: If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or reloaded onto the gift card, not as cash. Gift card transactions are non-refundable.
